LadyBear Trucking VTLog

Virtual Truck Log aka. VTLOG, is an easy to use, online VTC manager that has automatic trip logging. What separates VTLOG from other clients such as Trucksbook is that it considers additional variables such as fuel consumption, the damage incurred to your truck, trailer, and cargo; the weight, fragility, among other things This new venture will present additional challenges for those who choose to test their skill and patience.

The establishment of the VTLOG company is not meant to take any focus or take any miles away from our goals on Trucksbook. This is only to enhance the experience of those seeking a greater challenge. Not everyone will be prepared for this level of driving, not everyone may be interested in the challenge. The requirements below MUST be met before your application will be accepted. NO EXEPTIONS.

Getting Started with VTLogs

Navigate to vtlog.net

You will need to create an account.

You will see the screen below then log in and make account.

You will be redirected to a page that looks like the following

You may create an account using either your steam or discord, Steam is recommended, as you will need to authenticate using steam either way. You can always log in with your discord at a later time.

Once you authorize VTLOGs through your steam account you should be redirected back to the main website.

Once you are logged in and returned to the main page vtlog.net you will need to download the VTLog Logit Client to track your deliveries

You will see a page that looks like the following:

In order to download the client you will need to download the 3 files made available under the “Logit” section of this page.

Download the redistributables first

Visual C++ Redistributable 2019 x86

Visual C++ Redistributable 2019 x64

Then download the live version

Live Version X.X.X

Once you have installed these 3 files then you should be set.

I suggest completing a short trip to confirm that your jobs are being logged

The way to verify your trip logging is to view your logbook.

Your logbook can be accessed by navigating to your VTLOG profile

Once you have navigated to your profile you should see the following screen:

Once you are on this page you can select to see your logged jobs

You can select any job in your logbook to see a more in-depth analysis

You will be sent to the Overview Tab by default where you can see the some of the following information for any specific trip.

Another important breakdown of the job comes from the finance tab. Where you can get an in-depth explanation of how much income you received as well as how much you have taken out in expenses.

If you clear your cache or browsing history, or log out of VTLOG your jobs may not be logged. No Damage mods will stop your jobs from being logged properly, if at all.

Although most mods should be compatible, there is always the chance of a job being logged improperly due to multiple factors such as, loading autosaves to avoid damage or recover a lost load, or switching from multiplayer to singleplayer on the same load or visa versa.
